Entry Fees 2027

Additional Fees

• All administration and transaction fees are included in the entry fee
• Euro 25.00 for a day license for all participants (except Kids’ Race, Junior, Try-athlon) without the license of the national federation.

Withdrawal of Registration

• It is not possible to transfer your payment to another participant or race under any circumstances.
• It is not possible to transfer your registration to the following years under any circumstances.
• Cancellation and refund of the entry fee is only possible when the cancellation option is purchased.
• No explanation or medical certification is necessary when the cancellation option is purchased.

TheChampionship and Open Middle Distance:

Athletes registering for the Middle Distance, either the Relay or individual category can opt to buy an additional cancellation option during the online registration process for €49,-:

• Reimbursement of the entry fee shall be possible by withdrawing via email at thechampionship@challenge-family.com under the following conditions:
  • cancellation/withdrawal until January 31, 2027: 100% refund from the entry fee
  • cancellation/withdrawal until March 31, 2027: 75% refund from the entry fee
  • cancellation/withdrawal until May 16, 2027: 50% refund from the entry fee
  • From May 17, 2027 entry fees will no longer be reimbursed

Standard Distance :

Athletes registering for the Standard category can opt to buy an additional cancellation option during the online registration process for €25,-:

• Reimbursement of the entry fee shall be possible by withdrawing via email at thechampionship@challenge-family.com under the following conditions:
  • cancellation/withdrawal until April 30, 2027: 100% refund from the entry fee
  • From May 1, 2027 entry fees will no longer be reimbursed

Try-athlon and Sprint Distance :

Athletes registering for the Try-athlon and Sprint category can opt to buy an additional cancellation option during the online registration process for €15,-:

• Reimbursement of the entry fee shall be possible by withdrawing via email at thechampionship@challenge-family.com under the following conditions:
  • cancellation/withdrawal until April 30, 2027: 100% refund from the entry fee
  • From May 1, 2027 entry fees will no longer be reimbursed
